    Troubleshooting problems for Heating and Cooling systems. This is charged at on hour.
    Discuss findings from troubleshooting and provide solutions with estimates for each
    Fulfillment of the decided upon solution. Whether that is to repair, replace or to do nothing
    Service work is billed as time and materials.
    The rate will be charged additionally to any other expenses that may be incurred throughout the duration of the service-call.
