After phoning other providers who never called back, it was really nice to have courteous, timely, and responsive customer service. The service professionals are prompt, knowledgeable, cordial, and thorough, and the pricing is quite fair and affordable. I was pleased with the work completed and the office’s follow-up. All of my neighbours and friends will receive my recommendation.

Their service was exceptional. Always tried to get in the earliest appointment times possible for our furnace to be fixed! Never had issues with calling the office, always answered right away and was patient with my questions! Sue and her co-worker were very professional & kind. Got the job done! Highly recommend them.

Thanks to Sue and her apprentice, my furnace was cleaned, the shower was fixed, the bathroom sink was unblocked and she even fixed the nozzle on my rain barrel. Wow! So, so impressive. I got lucky. Very thorough in finishing a unfinished job that a different plumbing firm was unable to. I am very grateful that Ottawa was able to come in quickly and finish the job as we had no heat for two week already due to the negligence of the other company we hired. The technician was able to fix the issue in two hours and was very professional and courteous. We will definitely call them again with any other issues!

We received an On-site assessment with very comprehensive explanations of the issues we were experiencing + the expenses, and on-site equipment availability. They scheduled a technician to come out within a few hours, and they even arrived early for the appointment, which worked out very well for us. The technicians on site were polite and very respectful ( removed shoes after seeing that our flooring was being repaired and covered the work area to prevent any damage to the home).
They were able to diagnose the problem in less than an hour and got started on fixing it right away. Entire fix took less than 4 hours. Best experience we have ever had.

Ottawa Plumbing and Heating installed brand new furnace and heat pump. Very positive experience, pricing and warranty was better than anyone’s else. Sue was the star of the show, showing on time and finishing installation as agreed and expected. Owner of the company even got involved during the back and forth with appraiser for Ecco program. I’ve already hired Ottawa Plumbing three times: once for an emergency and twice for routine maintenance. Each time, they were knowledgeable, accommodating, and quick to fit me into their schedule. They are excellent. If you live in an old house, you WILL experience a plumbing problem at some point, and you must rely on a reputable HVAC/plumbing company to assess the situation, provide clear explanations, and quality installs/repairs. They are the ONLY service in Ottawa that I will use.

Devon, Matt, Sue and Joey have exceptional customer service skills, never recommend more repair work than is necessary and have always been proactive in any maintenance to limit emergency repairs as often as possible. 10/10 if you aren’t using OPH, you should be.
